This is just about complete or they could just be finishing the fitting out. Its located in Salford Quays and has been U/C since 2005.

Hmm.

It's OK taken in isolation but alongside the NV towers, Citylofts, Imperial and Sovereign Point, it's just yet another palatable but somewhat unimaginative proposal in an area that was ripe for some more really innovative buildings (after the Lowry and IWMN appeared to set a precedent). These developments have made the Salford Quays skyline rather flat and uninteresting, where it could have been so much better.

Again, it's ... OK. No more than that. Let's hope Mediacity will change things.
