UPDATE: I saw this building a few nights ago....the tower is over 10 floors and construction has reached several floors so far.

its beyond discusting, it looks worse live they shouldnt added the red bricks, it doesnt suit any surrounding whatsoever

How come it looks so different from the rendering?

I am sure that the color while change in the next year. The sun and humidity will do it for free. :) It is okay!! Maybe in five years the clolor will be like the one in the rendering !!

no its the front of the building Hassoun, either way the back has red bricks as well

the rendering is probably an old version, the renders on the billboard looks the same as it does right now. But the red stands out to much, I didnt know it was the Monot Residence when we passed by another road, it was hideous. And then the week after I was walking on monot and I saw it, I was surprised.
