Great looking project. Will enhance Kochi's brand value immensely. only, one thing I can't understand is whoever would think of puting up that ugly thick wall between the placid waters of the lagoon/lake and the marina. It robs the pedestrians of beautiful view. A simple decorative fence would have sufficed.
Maybe I am wrong. Great project anyway.

great project.
the addition of high quality buildings in Kochi will add to its image, no doubt.

Castlerock, I dont think that the wall in the perspective will look like that once the project is finished. Please checkout the location map of the project on Wikimapia.

I think the authoriteis plan to extend the Marine Drive Walkway upto the Goshree Bridges near Prestige Neptune Courtyard. You can see the project located on the map, and I guess there will be plans to extend the walkway further.. So just a matter of time...:):)

In case if someone hasn't seen the Marine Drive Walkway, here it is..

I think it has been redesigned, still looks 27 floors, but enlarged the whole project. Though I did like the previous design of the hotel/commercial tower. I resized the images for a better look, you can check RSP Architects website (http://www.rsp.com.sg/) for the original size.

Looks very cluttered, concrete blocks...the earlier rendering stands as an amazing beauty:ohno:

I don't know if this was a previous render, I'm hoping it is. This looks like one huge wall.

^^ This one appears better than the first rendering though. Perhaps it looks a tad dull because the image is blurred as well. They've added more glass and stuff into this one, so let this be it ;)
