Smart City, Phase I will be rising just across that compound wall. There is a stream running adjascent to the Yale block which joins Kadambrayar running just beyond those coconut trees.

Calm, green and serene environment; the road leading to Ivy League seen here. The road is exclusive and ends with Ivy League, so the mad hustle and bustle of the outer city won't be affecting the residential complex.

Not so soon my dear! We still have 3-4 months to go before the complex is anywhere near opening. Columbia will be the first block ready to be handed over. I'll probably get my sale deed by early next year give that my apartment block, Sylvania will be ready by Jan 2011. :)

Another news is that the Ivy League project has received CRISIL's 7-star rating, the lone project in the whole of the state to achieve it. :cheers:

I'm in talks with Skyline Builders to purchase a flat in either Harvard or Columbia,First of all thank you for posting alot of useful information and pictures here -I,m not inKochi and all of this gives me a better perspective on the Project.
From what I hear...everything looks good - The price I am being offered is 2590@Sq/ft from the 2nd to the 6th floor. What do you think about this rate. And its just across the Smart City and Kakanad seems to be booming with all the projects that are lined up in the Kochi-Everything sounds good,but I'm thinking if there's something I'm missing here.. I'm not looking for bad news but do any of you have any information thats skeptical and doubtful as far as the project is concerned. ?
