When in the Adelaide CBD I always like looking at the following buildings. Can someone post pics or tell me more about them ?

1- a thin 2-3 storey modern glass ( blue ) and steel ( grey ) building ( not sure if apartment or office ) next to Bob Jane T Mart on Pulteney St.
It is "very Melbourne" and is a cracker !

2- a very thin modern glass and steel 7 or 8 storey apartment building on North Tce ( east of the John Martins carpark/apartment building and west of the Pulteney St corner.). Very nice, also reminds me of Melbourne.

the great thing about having 3 main uni campuses in the city centre is its fuelling many multi-level student housing projects

Thanks mate !
I really love that building on Pulteney St. It sits sandwiched between what looks like a 5 or 6 metre gap between two fugly tyre repair centres.
Very cool, man.
