HELP! The building is falling apart and AMC , the onsite management company is using and abusing MHT as a training school at the expense of residents. The old bosses have got new jobs and the new one's do not care.

The developers are only interested in making money and guess what? It is rumoured that 4 more apartments are being planned for the sixth floor. "Squash Courts in your dreams woman" , is the attitude I got!

The landscaping, the extras and the lounges were all a BIG LIE!

I am also living there... the quality is lousy, the lobby and the parking garage are stinking like hell and there is not one single tree on the pool deck...

Can't await to move out!

I do not find the lobby stink.
The lobby is spacious, but lack decoration. But I understand from the recep that the Management has hired an interior designer to spice up the lobby a little bit.

The carpark can be smelly. But that only happens because someone forgot to cover back the sewage.
