The "Abdouna Trifa" ecologic resort, worth some MAD 8.14 bln ($ 1.13 bln).
The first fase of this project, built on an area of 720,000 square meters, will be completed by the end of 2011. It includes mainly buildings, villas, a SPA and a Marina, an amphitheater, a supermarket, a 27-hole gulf course and a leisure club.
The Abdouna Trifa site includes two poles: a "town center" encompassing all residential and commercial structures, and a "leisure center", including a SPA, a sports ground, a golf course and holiday resorts.
