i live next to it in Trafalgar Tower. Had a look in Trafalgar Executive 6 months ago for buying 2 B/R. the sizes were very big 1700 - 1800 sqft with lot of waste corner spaces for a price of 1 .3 - 1.4 mn But good finishing

Yes, this was completed around Begining of this year. Trafalgar Central which is in between Trafalgar Executive and Trafalgar Tower is under off plan sales.
The fencing in Central has just began and i think excavation will start in a month or so.

thanks aazain, If you could take a picture that would be very appreciated that the mads can have a look at it move it directly to completed. Also I think that a lot of project in DIC still have no thread here, I will search for that but any help would be appreciated as I am very busy with the Ajman section today, lots of towers missing!
