i think Rufi Real Estate is the developer. This building is on DIC big roundabout..

Rufi Real Estate, the property development arm of the Rufi Group of Companies, announced the hand-over of Rufi Gardens, the modern residential apartment building located at the Business District of International City, Dubai, to its owners. The possession of the apartments was handed over to the owners at an event held today. The event was attended by apartment owners of Rufi Gardens, leading businessmen, real estate agents and officials of the Rufi Group.

Among the many dignitaries present at the handing-over ceremony was the Consul General of Pakistan, His Excellency Mr. Tariq Iqbal Soumroo.

Rufi Gardens is a Ground+10 floors modern building complex, complete with two basement parking levels and a host of luxury features and amenities including a fully equipped gymnasium, a large swimming pool, play areas for children, separate sauna and steam rooms for ladies and gents. The roof-top area has been converted into an open-air facility for the residents to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Residents also enjoy reserved car parking assigned to every apartment.

Commenting on the hand-over of Rufi Gardens, Mr Rameez Rufi, Vice President of Rufi Real Estate, said, "We are very pleased at the completion of this project and to hand it over to our investors.
