MOSCOU, 22 juillet - RIA Novosti.

building estates and coastal cities new resorts good, but since we are one of the world countries that are seriously threatened by lack of water and draught these projects as well as more tourists would pressurise and put a huge strain on our precious water which we desperatly need in the years to come other reprecussion would be the sky rocketing prices that would have affect on properties and the limited budget on the majority of moroccans whose average income doesen t exeed 4000 dh .morocco is doing the same mistake spain did 40 years ago water wise and property prices wise too cause the majority of spaniards aint able to afford buying first homes not having to forget tourisme is extremly fragile and unstable sector. if god forbid some thing happen in morocco his tourists would drop very low and we should actually rely on other sectors like industries and IT if we want to have a competitive economy.

^^ The advantage of tourism is that it advertises the country to potential foreign investors. So basically the country creates a name for itself through tourism and IT and service company directors are more willing to invest in it because it is a known country.
