It's Concept-Plaza (unoffical name!), which consists from 3 towers on the podium:
1. 43-storied 200 m high tower
2,3. 39-storied 185 m tower
For mixed use
Also complex includes two malls.

Себастоболь - это город в Калифорнии, а ООН и весь мир использует Sevastopol в отношении Крымского города.
