Je propose qu'on mette sur ce topic, les différentes infos relatives aux opérations de Fusions-acquisitions effectuées par des entreprises marocaines à l'international
Attijariwafa bank au Mali
L’information annoncée hier dans nos colonnes a été confirmée: 51% des actions de la Banque internationale pour le Mali ont été adjugées à Attijariwafa bank par le comité technique de privatisation au Mali. AWB, qui était en lice avec quatre autres banques internationales, devra débourser à l’Etat malien 60 millions d’euros.
La décision du comité de privatisation devrait être confirmée par le gouvernement malien à la fin de ce mois.

Attijariwafa bank took over 51% of the Banque internationale pour le Mali (the Number 4 in Mali) for an amount of € 60 Millions

absolutely no
we covering just few countries
i hope you post the moroccans air covering's map
just few countries in africa and america middle east ... and not all south america northern Europe Australia ... ect
there no live-vol to this regions
so how can we say that's the air transportation is very well

We're are not speaking about the same thing.
You told me that Moroccan banks and Maroc Telecom are very active in acquiring Africans companies, which is true. And i added that Royal Air Maroc is also a big actor on that (Air Senegal International, Mauritanie and Gabon even if these two last ones were failed)

Maroc Telecom
=> 51% of Mauritel (Mauritania)
=> 51% of Onatel (Burkina Faso)
=> 51% of Gabon Telecom
Attijariwafa Bank
=> 54% of Attijari Bank Tunisie (Ex- Banque de Sud)
=> 67% of Attijari Bank Sénégal (Ex- Banque sénégalo-tunisienne)
=> 51% of Banque internationale pour le Mali
BMCE Bank
=> 35% of Bank of Africa (Based in 10 African countries)
Royal Air Maroc
=> 51% of Air Senegal International
