actually when we visited the site last april 25 its already topped-off
and already doing finishing and interior features inside the building but
one of the staffs of PH (Primary Homes) said it is earlier delivered than
the actual date of turnover of units. Infront of the Woodcrest Condominium
is Woodcrest Townhouses that actually looks like one in the 188 Sunflower Drive.

I was in Cebu last week and visited. I like the place. they said 12-18 months it will be completed. Just down the street from Tommy Osmena.

another great news about this newest townhouse development at woodcrest complex because foreigners can legally own this townhouse. so if you're a foreign national who prefers a house over apartment type residential dwelling, then woodcrest townhouse is a better alternative.

on-going. Cause our realty brokerage was having a tour to Woodcrest.

Japorms kaayo ni sila nga developments pero i just wonder kung dili ba kaha energy inefficient ang design kay dili bagay sa atoang climate..
