Impressive interior. I like the columns at the top, looks like a smaller building sitting on atop another one.

The London Guarranty Building is dead center (the photo is from 1930).
You can see the "spectacular cluster of 1920s skyscrapers" around it. The Tribune Tower, Wrigley Building, 333 N Michigan, Carbon & Carbide Building, and the Mather Tower are all right there.

• Prime surface using
high-grade primer.
• Apply top coat. Use one
