Completed in 1923, and designed by Alferd S. Alschuler. Hieght: 318ft. 97m. (22 floors)

The London Guarranty Building is dead center (the photo is from 1930).

You can see the "spectacular cluster of 1920s skyscrapers" around it. The Tribune Tower, Wrigley Building, 333 N Michigan, Carbon & Carbide Building, and the Mather Tower are all right there.

Wet scrape any
