Located in Sukhumvit Soi 6, This Jaisaman Tower is a residential tower with 34 storey above ground and 2 basement.

Construction on the foundation started more than 5 months ago, but the tower started to rise only just in August......Yet, The rendering still not shown yet (Or may be shown but I'vn seen one....:? )

These are pictures from today (Oct, 24 2003)....The Main tower is currently on the 4th floor...30 storey more to go..:D

Great to see a new tower beginning to rise. Let's hope they make it more colorful than the surrounding buildings.

There already something proposed for that piece of land by Nexus Property (in association with Crushman & Walkefield UK), I think it's a shopping Center.....:)

I'm not saying it will be white, but aaccoring to my experience. This tower is just another ordinary residential tower which being developed by a normal "Sukhumvit Developer", not trendy, not famous, not hip and not popular....so, I'm "quite" posssitive that it would looks "normal Sukhumvit Residential", but as it's taller than normal Sukhumvit condos there might be a chance of being differrent...;)

yeah, anyway I didn't expect this tower to be glassy and trendy because it is in the middle of white concrete jungle, with a not so hip and good area, but I was just hoping because that area looks really boring as it is already so it would be nice with some variation there :)

It creates a nice cluster effect. I hope the rendering you found Chad is of Jaisaman tower, because it would be a good key tower for that little mountain of buildings.

It would also be a good place for a little park on that grassy area in front. But they are going to build a shopping center there right?

Sorry, but I think it looks really cheap. The neighbouring towers look nicer imo but maybe it will improve before construction is completed.

I dont know, somehow I still donno what/how they will do on this tower. but seems like there are some lot more works to be done, so the final product might looks different.

I don't like that the base make it look lower because it is wider than the rest of the building. Otherwise it is nice with at little Miami art deco colour.

There will be no ownership transfer action occur for this project due to the fact that it's a rental apartment not a condominium.

I have the impressions that the windows are very small. I think the color is OK, not great, but just OK. True, they could have made a better choice.

But somehow the place just doesn't look very inviting. Especially the taller tower has some kind of warehouse feel to it IMO
