This is a massive superb project.

Never seen any highrise use a Glass in its needles. If they do, this might actually be the 1st in India. Nice thinking by the architects. all they gotta do now is pull it off. :cheers:

Sanju, as per the rule for any building over 21 floors it is mandatory to have a helipad. I dont see one for this building, as it is a 24 storied structure as proposed. Have they received all the necessary clearances?

U people may be right, but we have the adds for this project every day in radiomango, they says its 24 storied twin towers, thats the reason y i hav given the title as 24 Fl, and i hav even heard that they hav got permission for 27 stories it seems, may be they hav plans to include a helipad in future,
they hav already started work on this project....nowadays helipad is common in almost all highrises over 20 storied as we have in 26 storied Ritz marina in calicut.....:)

It is 27+the dome structure and the needle, can raise its height upto 30 floors, and did u notice that sky bridge...:)

^^To be precise, the limit is 60m. Above that helipad is required for 'Fire clearance' as per NBC (National Building Code) and KMBR (Kerala Municipal Building Rules).

Normally in Kerala, the rules have to be strictly followed, otherwise it would be difficult to get the OC.

I GUESS I HAD SEEN AN AD OF THIS PROJECT WITH A HELICOPTER IN THE BACK GROUND somewhere in a Middleeastern Malayalam News paper.

BTW. I Personaly know some peaple who had invested( Imean booked flats)in Leslyheight Project and feels they lost their money.
I am little skeptical about this and the lesly height projects.
their actioans are not clear And the peaple behind this project are not worth to make this type of huge investment.. it was told that this project started by the GIM. And then industries minister is the main figure behind it. I am not sure about it.

And also there is chance that they are just putting ads & digging the ground only to stay away from legal actions.

Their website shows two other projects - One is at Aluva (River Castle) and the other one at bangalore (NRI Jalsa). The website went down very recently. Except for the home page the rest of the pages are still available in google cache. Google cache is available upto june 7th. The under constuction page appears in cache as dated on june 19th. So it went down on some day in between june 7th and june 19th.

Already, during peak hours the vehicles line up upto Karikyamkulam waiting for the signal at Eranhipalam junction. Also Alhind Burj is just adjacent to this. So after some years this road will be too busy with traffic.

There is a chance to connect new Karaparmba Kundooparamaba canal road to Krishnan Nair road, then the new bridge coming at Mavilikkadavu can connect it with Kakkodi all the roads are in stright line but some of them need to make little wider, then the road you mention can take a breath:cheers:

Heard that they are having problems with cashflow. This may or may not be true. Hope this is not correct and the project gets completed.

No.. It's not stopped.. I saw an outdoor construction lift going up and there were few labourers in the site, at 8 AM.. So some activities are in progress, albeit at a very slow pace.. Might be, just to show those unlucky souls who have booked apartments over there, that work is in progress :bash:

^^One such unlucky soul is the winner of Gandharvasangeetham. An apartment in this was the first prize for the winner. Dont remember which season of Gandharvasangeetham was that.
