apparently the right hand structure of the tower already exist ,what i think well happen is to refurbishing /recladding the old tower and add new glassy starched tower to the present structure

we new whole new master plane to modernize kuwait city to make more appealing to the eye and pedestrian friendly throwing couple of towers here and there will not help improve the situation we need more greenery parks fountains quality side walk public piazze etc , they need to enforce more strict law regarding car parking and building maintenance

what with these new power sub-station growing like mushrooms every where i look and the most irritating thing about them is not the ugly design it just that they take massive space and prime locations which would worth millions ........

^^ i totally agree with you... i think they started doing that (regarding the sidewalks) some where around that area they have new light fixtures and repaved the side walk not sure where exactly but somewhere around that area and i think they have some fountains here and there... the tower is amazing, if they're gonna renovate the existing one and add the thinner one i think it'll make it even better... great simple design

2 weeks ago, I have noticed how some workers working in removing parts of the already built building... I thought they would demolish the whole building to build a new one...
So as Skoulikimou post, they are going to construct a new tower attached to the old one...
That's good...

Its not a bad idea at all, not a bad looking design as well. I like ..

I can see that this trend (refurbishing, extending, old building) the way to go to fix our decaying city. Another refurbished building project i like is the Mabanee HQ building.

This project is a good example of how to turn old, low-rise buildings to modern skyscrapers...

oh yea ! but also these kinds of towers are important for any rising country ,
coz the companies live in envirmont of co-oporatoions so some of them are huge and some of them are small companies , so we should provide good offices for huge comp and small comp, to reduce inflation ppl ! wma adrak ma huwa el inflation !
so its good to see a huge collection of towers for huge and small comp

dont you see guys that i talk alot :p
