Freemore is new on development business, but as in retail indusstry they'r quite professsional and common. They own the luxurious Italian furniture showroom called "Orizonnte and B&B Italia".

Now, the project is rising from ground with the foundation finished months ago.

How are sales for this project? Is it a "one-off" developer? They give a phone no. but no website or sales office? How big a unit is it for 5.4 million?

Must say for such a high building it is remarkably close to the road. At least if it doesn't have balconies then people's washing will not be landing on cars driving by!

Maybe it has something to do with the climate and weather in Thailand, tropical zone generally. White doesn't absorb as much heat as other colours do. Just my 2 baht.

I think it looks rather nice as white with all of the glass... but i suppose when combined with all of the other white buildings, the whole cluster is rather white...

btw, those units at the Height are for sale at the most ridiculous prices, aka 120,000baht/sqm for some crappy 6th floor 50+sqm unit facing the Icon... even the sales-lady knew the prices were just insane for that area, regardless of how nice it is. 120K+/sqm?!?!

Good question. I asked the saleswoman the same thing, and she said something along the lines of, "I know you think it's expensive, but you will have to come and see the showflat to understand why." When I asked where the showflat was, she said it wasn't even finished? (this was about a month ago+) Somewhere on Suk 36-38...

Her other explanation for the high price was that the building was developed/affiliated with the owners of some high end furniture stores on thonglor that i don't remember the name of... something italian-ish, but by that point i wasn't listening anymore... just way too expensive.

but i gotta say, the building is pretty!

guess its the location. i mean at the Thonglor Centre Point you pay easy 45k for 40 square meter. i just one of bangkok's best places to life at the moment. and it's gonna be even better soon (lots of new projects planned - eg Jaspal just bought land opposite Market Place to develop a Service Apartment).

Location??, it is nearly Petchburi there, if like that Noble ora should charge 150k
