those skyline r Tanjung Bungah;) Penang has lotsa highrises ya hehehe...and i think the first pic is Bukit Jambul based on the hill and the apartment which i can recognize...those baungalow really confuse me. :D

Yeah the 1st pic is Bukit Jambul, used to have family friend stay in that apartment.

It looks so pleasant and clean.

The first pic reminds me of Phuket.

actually those houses not very expensive if compare to KL 1...and its design also not that nice, i means compare with KL....those bungalow only beberapa million saja...KL 1 60 millions...:eek: i'm now keep asking and searching which bungalows is the most expensive in Penang...:D. My friend told me the most expensive bunglow in Penang is in Jesselton, own by Texchem boss, that Malaysia-Japanese. I think it cost 20 million when it built, that bunglow is very nice, with a very nice garden as well.

Actually u know or not.... the land property value in Penang and KL is almost the same. Both are top in Malaysia.

err... i dun realli like island plaza lah. feels like it is very small in there. last time it like that fountain in there but now no more. no money to maintain i think??

Yea....Island Plaza is VERY small if compared the malls in KL :D

But Island Plaza got Starbucks and Dome........and some nice boutiques like Britiah India ;)

the bungalows in Bukit Jambul are also facing a grave yard and so is Menara Greenview and greenlane heights and riffle range.....wah!! why so many, good feng shui maybe??:D:D

AlthOugh skyscrapers is sprouting all over Penang...I would liKe to see more office bUildings that condos and apartments..

What I saw those pics in this thread....many condos or apartments designed so plain and nothing could attract us. Only the height could attract us. I hope to see more futuristic design in Penang's suburb. Coz...what i noe is that Penang has the potencial to have such condos like Eureka Tower(Melbourne), since Penang is the 2nd best skyline in SEA!!!!

counting in metres is more accurate when comparing height. comparing number of floors is relative comparison. most people use numbers of floors to compare because there's usually no data on actual height in metres...unfortunately... which many of us wish to know
