The Setthiwan Condominium project located just 50 meters from President Park Sukhumvit 24, This is one to the biggest project under'con in Soi 24.

The Project comprise 2-condominium towers, Both 30-storey tall rising in the three-wing-shape building.

Construction progress started since Jan, 2002 and will be finished in Oct, 2004.

BTW : No rendering yet, anybody??

Yep, Very dense indeed..I just realized that there'r SO MANY new high-rise projects going on in Sukhumvit area.......This area would be absolutely dense in the next 3-4 years.....:cool:

Yes. What I like most is that it shows the new towers impact in the skyline and that there are some towers that we don't see very often :)

Well....as I said before., This tower came out very nice eventhough it's white..:)

Instead of boring looks..There are herizontal lines all over the facade ass a pattern ans gives thiss comtemporary looks to it very well yet blends with the green window nicely..:)

mmm.. I must admit it is strange :)
But still - blue, smooth and glassy would make it classy. Not as a residential but as an office, but then again they would never have built an office tower on that location I guess.

and oh, Thats not actually "blue" lah, it's light-green....that blue thing is just a "wrappper" that stay while the structure still not nearly done to prevent the window from dust and crack.
