Where can i download regions like Stockholm, Gothenburg, New york etc ??

Then you'll have to find on-line topographic maps of Sthlm, it's western outpost:D and Örestad, convert them into the right kind of greyscale and then import it as regionmap. Again, simtropolis is where to find a how-to.

I don't even know that you can download regions !!
