AKD is abbrevation of Aqeel Karim Dhedhi!! The biggest broker of Karachi Stock Exchange, every one calls him king of karachi stock exchange, he is the (legal) richest person of karachi, he has upto 50% investment in Gwadar!! Is Abdul karim his bro??

The owner is Aqeel Karim himself, this land is owned by him, we (Karachi Club) use it for parking every now and then because KC is on good terms with him.

And we've used that lot before for parking during Ramadan, its widely known that its owned by AKD and since he's on good terms, he lets us use it for parking when the whole KC parking if freaking full.

Which is it? The two renders look slightly different.

Their both the same, the left one looks too much done with the lights, but its the right one that should give a clear picture.

Oh and this place is filled with thick traffic, possible the worst location to have a high rise, the road is narrow and there are no turnings for neither Karachi Club nor for now this, it is a bitch trying to turn into KC.

There are 2 more mid rise commercial offices a few blocks away, but the actual road this project is on is a mess.

A parking nightmare.

Might not to be to bad if there build a good amount of underground parking... They could also offset the building from the main road to allow cars more space.

Mansha is officially richest person of Pakistan, bcoz he pay tax, but AKD dont shows thier assets, if he show, then he will have to pay tax in millions of dollars.

Mansha is one of the rich person of karachi, and AKD can make him poor, bcoz mansha is the owner of MCB, and MCB has sold its 15% shares to malaysian bank worth $700million, and mansha would have 50%+ shares of MCB, that will b $2bn, and AKD is the largest broker of stock exchange he can make MCB's 15% value to $300mn dollar. And AKD owns 50% investment of Gawadar.

You can ask any person who is investing in karachi stock exchange. And for your info Sait Abid is the richest person of Pakistan!!!!!

As you can see, there isnt much progress on AKD tower. However, my friends tell me that Abdul Karim Dedhi (AKD) has bought the old Hyatt Hotell building and is planning on finally putting it to use. Lets see what happens?

Yup it was owned by Zardari. It would have been 10 time better than that shithole pc building.

Well, MCB tower still remains the tallest constructed tower but the Centuras are a bigger if they get completed by 2011..

^^ don't forget Centre Point the completion for Centre point is 2011 so it will be tallesst building. the height is 150m
