If it had a different roof, it could be a Stanford Bridge 2.0, almost the same capacity, blue seats, and the stands are somewhat similar.

Nice stadium

Looking at those pictures, its hard to see where the 10,000 empty seats are (33k attendance vs 43k capacity).
I believe that away fans sector was empty + seperating sectors and some places on side stands will overall make 10k.

Hi, at what stage is the modernization of the stadium environment? and how it will look like at the end?

(sorry za mój ang, ale korzystałem z translatora, chodzi mi o to na jakim etapie są prace przy otoczeniu stadionu oraz kiedy mają być zakończone i jak to finalnie ma wyglądać?)

A pitch that was already criticised yeaterday by the Hungarians ;) And no wonder, they just finished laying it, the grass had no time to spread roots and adjust. There's a game today, another by Warta right afterwards - tomorrow. This schedule doesn't give nature too much of a chance to work, not mentioning tempratures already going below 0 at night, making the grass go into vegetation rather than growth.

There was a rather thorough article about the pitch two days ago with the company responsible for the previous surface saying there will be no decent pitch without major upgrade in maintainance, while the owner of the stadium claims they will not invest in machinery to provide extra lighting and ventilation, because that would be more expensive than relaying the whole pitch every couple of months...

good to see italy play here 2 games next summer :)
i hope that we shall bring some support to the team, but actually i think the sectors for italian supporters will gonna be like in europortugal: half empty :(

Why do you think that?

Why do you think that?

due to many problems: economical by first, in italy governors have decide that poor people has to going poorer, killing us with more taxes, not so much money next year for other stuff.
lost of interest for national team, by second...there isn't hope to pass the first round, we even fear trap's eire (or eire's trap :) )
anyway, we'll see

Strange interior seating, with the 3 decks behind one of the goal ends, you would expact that one the long ends, but anyway it´s something different. Not bad, not bad!

Doesn't really look a stadium from that golfball looking outside. But the interior makes is all good.

Really nice venue!

This is a stunning stadium...

I must admit All stadias built for the Euro are beautiful indeed

but Poznan is the original city where my family came from, So anyway I definitely support this one !

What's the deal with the pitch in Poznan? Why do they keep having to change it?

not the greatest sign when the tournament is only weeks away!!

So when they should have done it? In the middle of the season to get it destroyed after one week? It was uefa command and there wasn't any better time to do it.

Before every major tournament all stadiums get a new pitch.

not the greatest sign when the tournament is only weeks away!!

At this time most Euro stadiums undergo an obligatory pitch replacement for the tournament (as asked by UEFA). It was already planned a long time ago.
