Almost 6 floors per month, plus the core is advanced as well, so I think it is possible.

The bottom few stories have some expensive shops, there are workers on site and the crane was operating, but not a whole lot of activity.

Its a shame the only nice thing about this bulding is the very top of it.
And you don't see that from street level.

Wonder how the cladding will be, but they could at least have had more glass, and less concrete on the walls.

I agree, the top is really nice. Maybe the cladding will cover up the walls and windows.
