Coming up on Tardeo Road, the design of this tower has evolved multiple times. It started out with-

dont see that much change. It still has enuf glass. Maybe not as much. so relax guys.

I like the new desgn. Can't wait to see the glass come up. They are doing a similar on Sumer Trinity towers. It looks decent.

Disgusting the way we Indians just dry nad hang our clothes out of the Windows or over the balcony. Here in the States you get fined fo doing such a thing. If this fining this was implemented in India, then whole publik will make such a tamasha of why not to hang clothes and all hell will break loose. Its at times like these we had an extremely strict gov't ( notice not commuist) that has civic and moral sense.

The issue is not drying clothes its those ugly a/c boxes that spoil the look of the buildings & when they leak its stains the building.

The buildings in the above pic just looks awful but hope this tower brings a refreshing change.

Beach front buildings need massive massive investment in beautification and maintenance. We really need to improve on war footing... Forget China, even little cities in South East Asia have better looking sea front cities..

I think one of teh biggest reasons is that there is no incentive to really keep the building clean and good looking from outside... the archaic rental laws make sure that !!

T/O means the main structure of the building is complete. After that cladding and finishing touches like spires or crowns are added, like they did with Sunshine Tower in Dadar.
