Hello everyone,

I just got a word from a rural bank in Philippines that a lot of condos are for sale at best bargain prices in Water Fun, Sucat.

Apparently, this condo was a failed venture. I looked at the place this morning and it has become as slum area. There used to be huge water slides and big swimming pools in this area. That's why it was called Water Fun. But now, it's a dump. It's got a lot of garbage, unkept homes and vandalism on walls.

Does anyone here knows the history of this place? Why did the developer leave this project?

The design of the place inside is quite nice. Pity it was left like that.

Any info would be appreciated. Perhaps this place has some hope in the future?
