I was tempted to post this in the Baltimore thread, but it's about a mile outside of the city (and from where I lived). Have we ever had a Baltimore County development thread?

This development was first proposed about two and a half years ago, before I left the US.

I've checked for more information ocassionally and recently saw that the web site would be live in August. Indeed, the site is now up with a few renderings.
