Nomura is conveniently located in the heart of the business district of Shinjuku near the Metropolitan Government Buildings and major hotels. From Nomura, you can easily access the JR, Subway lines and bus depots. The views of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji from Level 32, along with restaurants located on Levels 49 and 50, cannot be beaten.

This is actually quite impressive, I don't really see much wrong with it.

Slightly bland, but the sheer size and height is impressive, and it has a neat facade with a nice texture.

5/10 - It has fairly good height, especially seen narrow-side on, and the "stripe" running up the side provides a little bit of contrast...
But, as others have already observed, it's -**TA-DA!** another box...Not hideous, maybe, but certainly dull. dull, dull...

the glass looks clear and refreshing, but the elevator shaft that stick out of the side of the building and the bland white color just doesn't cut it for me. i guess japan just can't seem to get international style right

Yes its a box, but I like this one more than most. Light Colour, not too wide and straight lines just give it a 'clean' feel. Sometimes simple is good. 8/10.

This is one of the better towers built in the 1970s. It doesn't bother me that it is a box as Shinjuku is full of them, and, not suprisingly, it fits in very well.

Not spectacular and not as good as the Mitsui Center or the Sompo Japan building but a solid addition to the much underrated Nishi-Shinjuku skyline.
