Originally it was called BERJAYA STAR CITY and a wholly owned development by Berjaya Corp. Then came the Asian financial crisis which saw this development stalled for 4 years!!! A 'white knight', the 'Times Square Consortium' of Hong Kong (whom built and operates the various 'Times Squares' malls across Asia rescued the project by taking up 30% stake in it. Thus the development are now called 'Berjaya Times Square'.

Looks grand when viewed upclose... Kindoff like classical and post modern style hybrid.. I like how the greenish glass compliements the bown facade. :)

Pretty good, but the base and the colour(s) ruin it, IMHO.....it should have a 'boring business grey' colour (rooftips included) and a better, more suitable base (---> no hall between them)

I like the details at the base and the rich colour which is contrasted with the glass, but the overall massing of the tower looks too brutal.

Saw this one in Jan when it was being built and look at it now wow ! Grand place and great locations as well
While Bland in some ways it has a strong impact with could and darkness.

7/10 it looks like a bit like Ngee Ann City/Takashimaya Orchard Road in Singapore. But what's unique is that it has a theme park inside. Kinda tacky but it sets itself apart from other buildings in KL.

Only the atrium looks ok to me. 5.5

I love the colour, and the lines running up the building which are quite bold and well-defined. The roof garden (between the 2 towers) adds a nice touch of greenery. Overall, a pleasant addition to the skyline.

At first it looked like a generic residence but it has a few subtle tweaks that look interesting. It seems to look like roman columns. But still sort of bland. 7/10
