Very neat and slender-looking but somehow its too plain and not even exciting or ugly enough to provoke a reaction.

I give it 8. There's a good closeup of the facade in the book Skyscrapers of Asia and Australia.

Isn't it odd how the three sections look like different buildings that were stacked on top of each other? The base looks kind of lumpy. Even so, the massing is well done.

The structure has a nice sharp look to it, especially for corporate Osaka. I like it plenty. 7.5.

5/10 - I don't know if it's the pictures, but this one didn't impress me too much - it's slim and soaring from some angles, but the shape is still boxy, and the facade is dull. It needs some glass or metel - anything for some contrast - and a few more setbacks, or at least setbacks that are more skillfully used. The ones it has don't seem to work well...

this one kind of reminds of the Water Tower Place in Chicago except it's bulkier at the bottom and the base is terrible to look at...also what is up with the location??...it's ok...6.5/10

Looks like a giant memorial.

It's boxy but at least the facade is not as boring as Bank One Plaza or AON in Chicago.. I like how it's lighted at night :)

having only seen this building twice - and both of those occasions at night i will have to give it a 7.

it looks good at night, havent seen it during the day yet.

its just soooo far outside the centre of osaka - right near the airport...same with the cosmotower....i wish in osaka theyd just cluster their towers in namba and umeda - it would give osaka far more grandeur!

i might go and have a looksie at it tommorrow.

this building's facade's rather dull, and it looks too flat and rigid from some angles, but i think it'll look better if they put it in downtown osaka instead by itself in a satellite town.

Not bad. Its boxy, worse than if it was a box because then it would at least have clean lines. Instead the multiple boxes that play off each other. Still pretty good, and interesting, also thin in a good way. As everyone pointed out, bad location. Are/Were they thinking that this area would be developed sometime soon? Also what is its usage?

The overhanging bit on the roof is good, but it's only a small feature. The rest is just plain ordinary.

This building fell out of the ugly tree and smacked itself on every branch.

The three sections of this building are hideous and have absolutely nothing to do with each other. It's almost as if someone took three pieces of three separate buildings and haphazardly stacked them on top of each other to produce a new building. The top section is too tall relative to the lower sections, giving the building an unbalanced appearance. On top of that, the facade is simple and dull.
