Cool. I wish there was more eight (at 50m it really won't effect the skyline) but it looks great none the less.

It will just add to Adelaide's already great density. Another plus is its design. Adelaide has a great mix of new and old.

I'm really disappointed with the 1.8m concrete "block wall" which fronts Franklin street on this building... It will add a lot of life to the area.:ohno:

I am just glad it is approved. More cranes the better, eat your heart out Perth!

^^ Unfortunately Perth has at least 20 more cranes on the skyline than we have so they'd laugh at our boasts.
Looks like a smaller, dumber version of CC8 only 200m further down the road. It's western elevation is truly revolting with a massive blank two-tone grey wall. Couldn't care less about this one TBH. I guess it's an improvement on what's on the site (and whole street) right now. :crazy:

I know, I just read all those Perth comments on how "stagnant" Adelaide's skyline is. I would take Adelaide over Perth anyday.
Now I am just waiting for a Perth forumer to read this... :)
