沈阳新世界会展中心位于沈阳市和平区王家庄地区,东临青年路,南依浑河,西接新世界四期用地,北靠南二环路。办公室塔楼总高312.85米,地上共61层,地下2层,单塔总建筑面积近16万m2。该结构采用框架核心筒体系,塔楼平面布置规则,核心筒为上下连续贯通、并逐步收进。
本部负责完成结构罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,并配合设计院及结构咨询单位顺利完成超限审查。

orsobubu October 19th, 2009, 11:44 AM nice twin towers but the basement to the front, facing the water, is horrendous, it seems a landed '80 japanese robot, having an extremely awful repeated simmetry. a ruined project. also the smaller towers fill the space in a confused mass, with this reiterated vertical cladding scheme I fear will ruin also the twins and will not achieve the fine effect we can see in the nocturnal rendering. this image, in my opinion, is only a photoshop trick and the reality will be far from that. I prefer the lateral basament zone.
