For a concrete tower it is very elegant and sleek. No where near as cluttered as say the Sky Tower in Auckland which is rather garish in comparison. The top decks speak of the Jetsons in such a big way and is really cool.

But big minus marks go to the fact they closed off the observation deck. How silly was this? And I read somewhere it was because they build a small building where the car park below was located. Because of it's location outside of the central city, it needed the car park to attract customers to the deck. Very poor thinking here, both locating the tower in such an area, and then closing the observation deck.

As a tower, I like it, but in application it fails.
