Well, prerenderings of projects are never really flattering as they are simply basic graphical projections of the shape and color of a building.

It's odd though that construction has started and the developer hasn't even released properly rendered images of the finalized design. They must be that confident that all residences will be booked that they ain't even deigning to market the place. Hope they stick with the black though, looks much better than the brown

36 storey Building? why the quantity of steel used in this building is lesser , even the posts is thinner.
