I know most people in Cape Town get aggro when it's a weekday and they're at work and have no warning, but there's snow on the ground and they cannot go see it. I will keep you all posted, but take note of today's weather models:

Snow is expected on Western Cape high-ground on Saturday night and Sunday. Snow levels will be at 1300m on Saturday night and 1000m-1150m on Sunday. Snow falls in excess of 70cm's are expected in places. Light snow will continue to fall on Sunday and the following areas will be affected:

Kouebokkeveld (Gydo Pass, Swaarmoed Pass, Theronsberg Pass), Ceres
Sutherland
potentially Hex River Pass
all Western Cape Mountains above 1000m south of Paarl/Worcester
all Western Cape Mountains above 1200m north of Paarl/Worcester

I will keep you all posted with subsequent weather models.
