Strange how it only has 28 floors, but not bad, though still too boxy.

I don't like it at all. It looks very cheap, and incomplete. It seems to totally lack any detail and has a bland color scheme...

...Man, I just can't think of anything good to say.

I gave it 6.5/10, but i think i may have been too generous. I just don't like the top. Or the base for that matter. yeah, i don't like it.

Hmmm, i used to live in the next area to where this is standing.

Out all on its own, away from the other talls of Shinjuku Fukutoshin.

Yeah, it's not a great one. The pinnacle comes down too far making it appear shorter than what it is. The mid-section could have continued up another 50-75ft easily. Just looks stumpy as a result.

Not the best Japanese tall by a long shot.

its looks like they tried to copy the chrisler building or sumthing! 4/10, i dont suit the skyline, i dont like the colour, i hate the top!

I thought its rather pretty. It may be a bit bland, but it cuts a very nice silhouette in the skyline! Like the Empire State.

wahaha..The Empire State is way ahead of this of course...I just mean that from a distance..its shape copies the ESB :D

6.5/10 - The overall shape gives it a good silhpiette - the setbacks help the height, and the small butresses are a good touch - yes, it echoes the Empire State a bit, though the ESB is way ahead.
The facade just isn't that impressive though; there's simply too much of that drab stone. It desperately needs more glass or metal or something....

i don't really like the top part, looks like it was just added for height, considering it has only 28 and yet 750+ft. and the color of this building is quite ugly as well...

Amazing building, I really like it...9/10 :cool:

too narrow, need more windows, and the roof makes the building look like a cheater. but since it's a green (environ-wise) scraper, i'll have a lil mercy on this one.

Wow, this building is amazingly completely not to my likeing!! Haven't seen anything like this ugly one!! The only thing impressive to me about it is that it really seems to soar high. Hmmmm, 2.6/10

From a great distance it has an impressive silhouette, but up close it's quite ugly. The clock is quite nice at night.

i like that building. The EARLY designs for Canberra had buildings like that amungst the vegetation, very garden city like.


The clock on the tower is AWSOME i wish Perth had a clock like THAT! :D

First I wondered where are the windows. Then I found them and found that they replicate the shape of the building with their cladding. Haha. Funny.

What's there to say about this building that hasn't been said already? And this was finished in 2000??? It does look like one of those old and function over form Communist-style buildings. 4/10 only because of its height and odd clock tower.

Not much of an effort with everything here. The tower is narrow, and has a clock, but what's so special about this? Well, basically, I am glad they have this, it suits Tokyo. Whatever they make will suit the city anyways, and I hope thye build more and more buildings in area to make it bigger. 5.5/5

Many people dislike it. But I got vey fond of this building from watching it on the horizon, standing by itself away from the main clusters.

For example, this is how it looks from famous Harajuku, looming over the park.
