Completed in 1990, and designed by the firm Loelb, Schlossman & Hackl.
470 ft. / 143m. (40 floors)
A $125 million, 470,000 square foot office/hotel/retail project on Michigan Avenue. The 40 story tower has 346 suites as part of an Omni Suites Hotel and 130,000 square feet of office and retail space. The building occupies a prime location on Chicago's "Magnificent Mile" stretch of Michigan Avenue. Tenants include The Limited, H20 Plus Headquarters, several venture capital firms and Michael Jordan's personal offices. All of Oprah Winfrey's guest stay at this hotel to appear on her show.
