..Among the possible peace dividends would be pro-poor road projects like the Siocon-Sirawai-Sibuco-Baligyan Road in Zamboanga del Norte; the Lebak to Maguindanao which Sim Datumanong started when he was Secretary of Public Works; the Dinagat Island road network in Surigao Del Norte; the Hawilian-Salug-Sinakungan barangay road in Agusan del Sur; the Pangil Bay Bridge; and the Surigao-Davao Road, which we want to be as beautiful as the Bukidnon Highway completed during the administration of Joe Zubiri and the term of Migs Zubiri...

this was part of the speech of PGMA in her SONA last July 2006.

Iligan duels Pacman

NO LESS than the second place in the Mindanao Division of the ML Kwarta Padala Mindanao Visayas Basketball Association (MVBA) second conference is at stake today as the Iligan Archangels hosts the MP Warriors-GenSan at the MSU-IIT gym.

The 3-2 Warriors of boxing champ Manny Pacquiao and coach Ramon Pido enjoy a one-game lead over the 2-3 Archangels of Mayor Lawrence L. Cruz and Coach Ed Arugay in the standings of the league backed by ML Kwarta Padala, Nature's Spring, Cokaliong Shipping Lines, Reva Sandals, Gameface.Ph and Nike Basketball.

Being the final intra-division game for both teams, a win is a must before they face the Visayan Division teams in the next round.

In their first meeting last October 19 at the Almendras Gym in Davao City, both teams battled through two overtimes before the Warriors prevailed, 105-103.

Both squads come from victories over the Lanao Royals of Gov. Imelda Q. Dimaporo and Coach Angelito Quidlat.

The Archangels won last October 29 at the Mindanao Civic Center, 73-66, while the Warriors prevailed last November 5 at the South Cotabato Gym and Cultural Center, 91-50.

Expected to fill stellar roles for the Archangels in today's game are MVBA scoring leader Dino Cabili (17.6 PPG), Marvin Tundag (15.7 PPG), Jeffrey France (14.2 PPG) and Sammy Ayodelle (11.2 PPG).

Meanwhile, performing consistently for the Warriors are Apol Coronado (14.2 PPG) and Donald Tadena (10.2 PPG).
A shootout will surely ensue with the Warriors (84.0 PPG) and Archangels (81.2 PPG) boasting of being the two most offensive-minded MVBA teams.

Visayas Division contenders M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala-Cebu (3-1) of Michel Lhuillier and Coach Raul Alcoseba was still locked in combat with the Toyota-Iloilo Turbos (0-2) of Robert Uy and Coach Jerry Jaranilla and press time last night at the New Cebu City Coliseum.

Standard gyud na nga pamasahe within city proper. Mas mahal pa gyud kung tua ka sa layo nga barangay gapuyo. Ky kada kilometro naa may dugang nga pamasahe.

yup boyet. one suggestion though if the owners are browsing, they can make more like a garden-like venue. it will be more ideal for such weddings as above.

i like this geodesic dome concepts. how i wish lots of structures were like this (malls especially). probably its cost effecient compared with traditional methods. it allows more sun or light.

The total land area is only 1.5 ha and the total floor area sa mall kay 43,800+ sq. meters. There will be two cinemas. Two elevators and 8 pairs of escalators. So, you've got a Sony Cybershot there @g0Rs. That's a reliable brand and I love Sony when it comes to digital imaging. I'm sure, our thread will be more interesting and more informative this time. Let the pics speaks for Iligan.

wow! at last a mall for Iligan. its high time for this city to have a mall.

the design though is a great departure from the generic concrete grey color of Gaisano Cities in Butuan and CDO. those blue colors in its exterior added destinction from the rest of Stephen Gaisano's stores.

the mall I presume will not be enough soon for the Lanao area this mall shall serve. it has only 2 floors lang kase.

Ali, is there any provisions incorporated in the current plan for future upward or sideward expansion?

is there a basement? I guess Gaisano first experimented with a basement floor in their mall here in Butuan to make it to all to 4 levels.
