You read my mind Nick! I STG that I was going to create a poll for this building this weekend, but never got the time to go take some pics and post it...
It's not my favorite in Tampa, but it is an admirable building nonetheless. It was origionally planned to be 55 stories, but I think that may have made the building look "too tall". I like it just the way it is, and only wish that the nighttime lighting scheme did a better job at highlighting the top. It is sort of a "church in the sky" IMO. There is also some trickery that went into incorporating a large atrium and integrated parking garage (the base of this building contains a 12 level garage) in the same space, without making the parking garage so narrow that it would be unusable.
7.5/10

I like this one, give it an 8. Is it really Tampa's tallest, by 2' over the Bank of America Plaza?
I always thought it was, but looking at a Tampa diagram at another site, both buildings were listed at 577'. Makes one wonder who's info is correct.
My favorite Tampa tall is the Suntrust Financial Center at 525'. Too bad it isn't a 600 footer.

I gave the building a 6.5. It's pleasing to the eye at first and has some nice colors, but I don't really dig the roof or the base at all...

I'm sort of a sucker for historicism. It's not my all time favorite in the whole wide world (still waiting for that one to pop up, the perfect 10 :D), but in the meantime I'm giving 100 North Tampa in Tampa (Jasonhouse's home town :) an 8.5.

9.5 I love this building... there are so many interesting facets about it. Love the arches at the base... the more conventional mid-section... and the brilliant top. The slightly gothic looking arches at the top with the long pointed cap... awesome.
