hi i am looking for a condo at Maxwell Tower or any condo nearby that area.. but interest in Maxwell compare to others at this point of time..
I have searching and found that second hand unit can be sold up to 300K or more or a mid size unit.
My concern is, the facilities, it is maintain well such as gym and sauna? security.... i see the guard will let anyone just walk in compare to other condo which is very tight.
Also know the building is 13 years old... how safe it is?
