6.5/10 here's something new... although too weird for me

I like it a lot. A great example of multiple use of space in dense areas. It’s one of my favourites in The Hague.

I've only 2 remarks:
- It should have been taller (as always, but is this case it's obvious)
- The lowest floors are ugly (it's a parking lot)

Still a 9 :banana:

This building -by Benthem Crouwel- is really nice, in a stunning location... but it should have been MUCH bigger than this. It's just too small!

This tower is too low. It should be at least 3 to 6 floors taller to make it work. Now the base is too big the tower. 6/10
