but IMO, your pic is still quite sharp when u zoom to a far distance. mine turn out blur even i only zoom a bit.

What camera also no use if you zoom far-far and have no tripod ....esp at night! :D

You ask him to buy SLR also no point.....when he could afford the camera body already....what about the zoom lens?

My case differentlah.......my zoom lens are reused from my film SLR and I bought my zoom lens long time ago. Digital SLR + lens......wah......can jual yourself liao! :laugh:

And also paying an extra RM2000++ for the EOS 10D also no use as the camera are almost similar to EOS 300D. :D

wah....kaya lar.....actually no point buying SLR if you still had not master the art of Photography.....try playing around with the manual settings and various tactics of photography before buying an expensive SLR. If ya wanna be more adventurous ......try buying a film SLR ......much more cheaper and you could learn better because for film.....you can't make that many mistakes! :D

don't worry..i won't buy SLR digicam right now..i think must wait a few years :) i just hope i can change my current digicam as soon as possible...hehehehe..hopefully after SPM:)...

If ya wanna be more adventurous ......try buying a film SLR ......much more cheaper and you could learn better because for film.....you can't make that many mistakes! :D

so, in between SLR camera and normal digital camera is medium size camera like nikon 5700?? i suppose cameras like 5700 will bring me a step up to using SLRs?? that kind of camera easy to handle i think.

For once, there is the illusion of Komtar 'surrounded' by highrises :D thanks to the Northam and Gurney highrises as backdrop. The skyline view from the ferry can be remarkably different.

Resume construction? You mean it stopped? Not abandoned i suppose, coz the crane's still there (unless of course the pic's an old one). These cranes are usually rented by the contractor, so if construction is abandoned, the first thing to disappear is the cranes i suppose. Can't remember whether the plaza rakyat cranes still grace the site though... :?

yea...you're right....usually the cranes are the first to go as the developer had to pay rentals for em.....

There are exceptional cases though and one that I could remember is Menara Li-Foong which are abandoned for almost 5 years and still had the cranes there! (the scaffoldings are taken down this year).

Anyway there isn't any construction cranes at Plaza Rakyat.... ;)
