You may want to try asking this question on the Al Marjan Island thread. But currently no one has a defined list(I may be wrong). I contacted Rakeen to ask the same question. They are reluctant to disclose any information. Maybe some on could try and ask them what available plots are still available?

I called up the developer(Best Homes not to be mistaken for Better Homes and spoke to the sales yesterday. They said the Ground Floor and all the 2 & 3 beds are sold out only the Studio and 1bed remain :|

BTW I was told that the 1200 psf includes all the charges i.e parking and maintenance.

I thought that the Studio's and 1Bed were easy to sell.:dunno:

Khoie also has Regency coming up, and Pelican for some time in the future. There are also Marina and Hotel projects to be built by Khoie adjacent to LHB

I cant believe, we, people (including myself), are so disinterested in property market right now that can't actually be bothered to make a property-related phone call and ask each other to do it :lol:
I decided that rather than phoning them to find out (which i bet would be pointless as some faceless sales agent - which i currently cant bear to hear - would be giving me a sales pitch about how fabulous the market is right now and how fantastic this particular project is) to go on the basis that since the alleged launch last year there has only been 14-15 comments here - THEREFORE BELIEVE ME ITS NOT GOING AHEAD :ohno:
