^^sana ma grant yung wish mo hehehehe...sana nga mapapatayo na yan dito para naman mabago na yung shopping destination and lifestyle dito sa atin hehehehe...sana nga maganda yung pagka advertize ng Plaza del Pilar ng city govt nagpa invest sila sa loob ng mga national stores like Pizza hut, shakeys, starbucks, Figarro, krispy cremes, tokyo tokyo, folded and hungs, girbaud, etc para exciting yung area para hindi sya dry puntahan

Im looking forward this project kasi malapit na election eh..totoo na talaga to by next year..:lol::lol::lol: shoppers mall will also resume its construction they are looking for the 1 who knows how to operate the batching...todo todo na to for next year...ZPMC di magpahuli ng huge na building sa putik...and Cuidad Medical you should also start your construction...Doctors hsptal tapos na at nauna na din...who' next?? WMCC? ZCMC? BRENT?

^^yun din iniisip ko na sana bilhin or lease nalang yung building ng dating Golden bell and para dun na rin yung supermarket and department store nila...sa totoo lang boring yung Southway Dept. store puros hindi magaganda yung binebenta nila mas okie pa yung Gateway mas maraming choices and mas okie yung binebenta nilang mga damit and etc... hope Mindpro din mag expand na rin sila yung parking area nila gawin nila new mall with basement parking, taz gawin nilang 6 storeys yung building yung ground floor to 3 floor mall taz yung 4th to 6th floor gawin nilang parking area...kaso mukhang malabo gawin ng Mindpro management:)

^^tama sana may mga mag franchise ng mga branded clothingg store dito kahit hindi na sa mall ilalagay kahit sa may plaza del Pilar or jan lang sa may downtown area para naman madaming pagpilian tayo, ang style kasi dito natatakot mag invest sila ng mga branded keyso malulgi sila ehh papanu sila malulugi if binebenta nila ay mga pinaglumaan na ng mga ibang branches taz ala pa din new arrivals sila, sana may mag invest na ng mga branded clothing stores dito...

hahaha ta akorda gad yo antes para saka kame board exam ta buska gayot todo original mongol pencil kay ta bende na pueblo todo fake mga imitation chene tamen mga made in china lng.. pati kay ya abla pa lecturer di amun chene daw hinde tan read mga answer el computer si umalin el pencil. ya manda pa gad kame kompra pencil na manila miyo uban na dumaguete kay chene national bookstore alya pati original el mongol pencil.

^^tama national bookstore...yung REX Bookstore ba yun dito nasa may Nunez extension pala yung pero not along the highway papasok pa sa may tabi ng DEZ appliances and not visible talaga sa highway

^^yeap mahal kaya yung burger king heheheh hmmmp ewan na lang kung true yun malay natin pero sa Davao and CDO ala pa...yung crispy kremes nakita ko sa manila parang nasa 40 to 60 pesos yung mura nilang donuts im not sure pa hehehe....sana magkaroon na dito ng minute burger grabe ka mura ng burger buy one take one pa im sure papatok yun dito

i totally agree.. and era man focus sila na infrastructure developments aki na cuidad.. prikura sila man busisi kunel mga pending projects aki na ciudad para tembla tembla tambien mga officiales diatun.. hinde lang puros kidnapping o bombing.. keda era tambien sila umpoko conscious na efforts del otro para cambia kon el imahe del ciudad.. ^^ganyan sana gawin nila na kalapad yung daanan pero 2 lanes lng yan gagawin nila, pero until now ala naman balita about it san na kaya yung proposal na yun?hmmmp sana man lang wag na ipagkait sa mga Zamboangueno and sana lahat ng mga sinabi nila about yung mga gustong mag invest dito ay magiging totoo at hindi lang pampapogi points nila sa mga mamamayan ng Zamboanga pero now mukhang ala na yung mall issue na pinasabog nila :lol::lol: ang problem dito alang ginagawang action masyado yung mga lokal government...yung sa katabing city natin naku umaangkat sa economy and mga investments pero tayo ewan nalang...but i have parin positive view sa 2012 sa Zamboanga city....

hello guys.. happy new year. greetings from CDO. ask lang ako. is their an existing RORO route Puerto Princesa to Zamboanga City or any where in Zamboanga area? kc ill be getting a 10 wheeler dump truck unit sa Puerto Princesa next Saturday and i need to transfer it here sa CDO and my problem is ang RORO route. im trying to find the cheapest RORO route as much as possible. any help from you guys will be much appreciated. thanks in advance

TRAFIKO NA CIUDAD..

one of the reasons for the construction of the bypass road that will link east coast and west coast is to hopefully decongest the traffic flow in the city proper.. I have been complaining much about the traffic situation in the city for months now.. when i first heard about the bypass road, i was excited.. but on the other hand, i was also asking myself: el bypass road lang ba puwede alivia con el trafiko na diatun ciudad? kosa pa gaha el puwede otro proyekto apuera con este bypass road?

para con ustedes aqui na skyscraper, kosa ustedes pwede suhestya otro pa?
if given the chance to implement a project to decongest the city with the same amount as the bypass road, what other projects do you have in mind? (please share)

ya mira iyo enantes el programa di erbie akel cuentas claras.. el suyu guest is no other than the mayor himself.. pero el hinde iyo ta intende, porke dol nuay sabor el maga priguntadas del congresista y el di ila discusyon.. yan kuewnto lang sila el observasyon na pascua y todo lang maga proyekto rehabilitasyon del maga diprente parke aqui na ciudad del zamboanga..

^^bago na yung ceiling at may glass pa pero yung mga upuan luma na pati yung tiles ng floor dati pa...departure/waiting area bago pero yung pre-departure/check-in area luma parin taz hindi pa nirenovate kasama sa renovation ng departure area same with the arrival area luma pa rin alang renovation tapos yung carousel baggage luma pa alang pinagbago sa ZIA...wawa naman tayong mga Zamboangueno alang pagbabago sa ZIA alang paki yung national Government, Ala rin big projects nailalagay nila dito ever since...Itong ZIA during Former Pres. Fidel V Ramos pa after nun ala ng projects ng mga sumunod na Prseidents ng Pinas..tsssskkkk totally Left behinds talaga ang Zamboanga...now mukhang alang big projects and alang new airports for Zamboanga....tssskkkk:ohno:

I called up Midsea Express in Cebu and inquired about their ZAM-CDO flight. Amo gat ya abla si Zuki na man start sila este ya Jan. 14. El fare di ila one way all-in, P2,500 (regular), P2,399 (3 days advance) and P2,299 (7 days advance). El flight duration is only 45 minutes. Ta estrania lang yo si porke nuay yo ta mira announcement na areredor relatao cuneste considering na Jan 14 is less than 2 weeks away. Nuay pa sila ticketing office aqui y nusabe tamen sila si onde travel agency puede compra ticket. Pakemodo man kita man book cay nuay man tamen sila online booking? :nuts:

Yup, starting March 22 Airphil will be utilizing the A320 for its ZAM-CEBU, ZAM-DAVAO and ZAM-TWI flights. For ZAM-CEBU & ZAM-TWI, however, they will be using both the A320 & Q400 alternately because of ZAM-JOLO flight which will still be served by Q400. :)

MANILA, Philippines — The Aquino government expects to roll out 8 to 16 infrastructure projects worth P80 billion to P142 billion under the Private-Public Partnership (PPP) scheme this year.

In a press briefing, PPP Center of the Philippines executive director Cosette V. Canilao said that these projects include the 10 that have already been approved last year.

Canilao said they hope to attract the private sector to be involved in these projects and noted that they have received many indications of interest from both foreign and local players.

“We hope to sustain that by rolling out projects on a regular basis,” she said but pointed out that “roll out will depend on feasibility studies, approval of the NEDA (National Economic Development Authority) board, and the market environment.

In her presentation, Canilao said the biggest project slated for rollout this year is the P25 billion Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) New Water Supply while the smallest PPP will be the P900 million Vaccine Self-Sufficiency Program of the Department of Health (DOH).

The list of 16 projects also includes the P20.18 billion North Luzon Expressway-South Luzon Expressway Connector Road; the P20 billion Balara Water Hub; P19.69 billion CALA Expressway (Cavite & Laguna Side);

The P11.3 billion LRT 2 East Extension; P10.4 billion PPP for School Infrastructure Project (Batch 1); P10.15 billion Mactan Terminal 2 Airport Development; and the P8 billion New Bohol Airport in Panglao Island;

Other projects include the P7.8 billion Laguindingan Airport Operations & Maintenance; P5.3 billion Cold Chain Systems Project; P5 billion Modernization of the Philippine Orthopedic Center; P4.2 billion Puerto Princesa Airport;

The P1.8 billion Common Fare Collection System; P1.5 billion Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer of the Ambuklao Hydro Electric Power Plant (AHEPP) Turbines 4 & 5; and the P1.25 billion Grains Central Project.

Unfortunately 2012 GAA didn't include ZIA. Thus the report above was only good on paper. However, there are appropriations for land acquisitions for new airports in Bukidnon and Sultan Kudarat. That was the pledge of Pnoy to open up new airports in Mindanao. Tacloban got 200M.

I agree. If a trust and approval survey will be conducted in the city, for sure the mayor will topnotch the bottom of the list. Our local leaders refuses to have a greater foresight, they remained to be very myopic.

In the case of Zamboanga, how can we encourage our people to become propeller of of our economy if in the very first place the government does not provide any avenue for the achievement of this goal.

Dazzling fireworks lighted the sky above Paseo del Mar midnight December 31 (Saturday) ushering in the New Year in Zamboanga City.

A minute before the grand fireworks show, Mayor Celso Lobregat and some members of the City Council led in the countdown to 2012.

Throngs of people celebrated New Year at the Paseo. They queued the park as early as 5 pm in anticipation of the event which was pumped-up by live band performances from New Soul Band and the Exodus Band.

Unfortunately 2012 GAA didn't include ZIA. Thus the report above was only good on paper. However, there are appropriations for land acquisitions for new airports in Bukidnon and Sultan Kudarat. That was the pledge of Pnoy to open up new airports in Mindanao. Tacloban got 200M.

I have this family friend who just landed as an immigrant and he told me Jalosjos is gaining ground and a lot of educated people are pinning their hopes on him knowing their political influence in Malacanang. Also, he was dismayed by the government casualties in the city alone including his fireman friend, don't know if its true but more than 15???, latest were the two policemen. He has lost hope with Celso. This guy is a former teacher by the way.

Aqui canatun last year lang ya anuncia el maga plano de malls cabar kere kita ase ya daun. Maskin pakemodo camo ase reklamo aqui hende man ta bisita cuneste forum si Henry Sy, John Gaisano, Jaime Zobel pati si John Gokongwei. - chismis lang se na tan backout el robinsons, mucho rumors ara ta krisi. uno pa kel ya kumpra daw el KCC el tierra del robinsons, kosa ya gayod. para komigo imposible kel kay bien karo sila se ya kumpra, hende tamen se sila bende na same price. tan de pisil ya gale el robinsons kumpra tierra kay karo, el kcc pa gaha gasta 5x. 2+ hectares is still big and lot can be done, na diskarte lang se.

I'm sorry Zoro but I have to disagree. All government funds in the banks are audited (principal & interest earned). The interest earned from the accounts forms part of the income of the LGU or any govt agency that maintains the accounts. :)

Todo kita aqui kere gat chene ya se nuevo airport na Mercedes pero debe accepta tamen kita el realidad na hende pa se puede realisa este tiempo kay el diatun presente airport pati terminal kaya pa man accomodate el numero del maga pasahero pati flights. Ta estudia man se buenamente el DOTC poreso chene se maga feasibility studies ta ase sila na todo airports aqui para sabe si onde el mas una debe man expand o man transfer. Baka in 5-10 years pa se puede cambia el airport na Mercedes. El cosa debe ase el LGU man develop maga tourist spots aqui pati mantene el peace & order para mas manada anda mga turista y negociante aqui para subi ya el numero del maga pasahero pati flights. :)

By the way for those who inquired earlier about the plans for our new bus terminal.. Be informed that it is true that the New Integrated Bus Terminal will begin construction this year. Soon, we can be proud of our modern bus facility which will include shops and food stores. It will be one of the best in the country!
