^^san parte sa tetuan itatayo yung Phoenix?and sa guiwan san kaya dun halos puno na yung guiwan, ang pwede lang yung sa tabi ng yamaha motors at yung dating shell station sa guiwan...grabe yung expansion ng Phoenix oil umaariba na...yung Caltex kumukonti na ang branches tsskkk sayang...

ZAMBOANGA City Mayor Celso Lobregat has issued an executive order expressing the City Government’s support and commitment to the observance of Earth Hour, a global event that calls for action on energy efficiency and conservation.

This, as the City Government reaffirms its commitment to the advocacy against global warming as it joins for the fifth straight year in the observance of Earth Hour, a 60-minute power shutdown on Sunday.

At 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, cities and towns across the world will turn off lights for an hour to send a powerful message that it is possible to take action on global warming.

Zamboanga City has had its bad experience in global warming on November 27, 2007, when for the first time, storm surges battered the coastal villages, causing devastation on properties and people.

The Earth Hour activity is spearheaded by the Department of Energy (DOE) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Philippines in collaboration with the Green Army and the Switch Movement.

Executive Order CL 445-2012 issued on Monday by Lobregat during a meeting with stakeholders in City Hall enumerates the following as the city’s participation in the observance of Earth Hour: turn off lights of all buildings in this city and the barangays on March 31 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to symbolize solidarity with the rest of the country and the world; turn off lights at major landmarks, buildings and street lights within the city’s jurisdiction; communicate the city’s support through the hanging of banners or streamers that express support for Earth Hour and display the same in highly visible locations; ensure the active mobilization, involvement and participation of the Philippine National Police, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Fire Department, Public Safety and other departments required to ensure the success of the program and guarantee the safety and security of the public; and direct all city officials to support Earth Hour, as well as encourage citizens and business establishments through the city to participate and seek media support for the dissemination and public information.

Lobregat hopes that beyond March 31, all agencies and every individual will make a commitment to at least participate one city-wide major initiative related to energy efficiency, conservation and climate change.

He likewise enjoins all constituents and the Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative to support Earth Hour.

A short program will be held at the Paseo del Mar prior to the power shutdown at 8:30 p.m. (Bong Garcia)

The Chairman of the National Museum revealed a plan to upgrade the City’s National Museum at Fort Pilar to attract more visitors.
National Museum Chairman, Ramon R. Del Rosario, Jr., said they are planning to display beautiful exhibits in the museum. “We want to upgrade our regional branches. I’m very happy to say that both, the main and regional museums, are getting strong support from the national government. We will create very beautiful exhibits in various parts of the country and as much as possible, to be very relevant to the place where the museums are.” Del Rosario said.

According to Del Rosario, visiting the museum is also important because we can learn more about our heritage and our past and why we should really be proud to be Filipinos.

Unlike before, when curious onlookers, commuters and passersby stop to get a glimpse or photographs of the "asong kalye" that helped two children from being bumped by a speeding motorcycle, now the throng of Kabang supporters have clearly dwindled.
What’s ironic, the land owner where the hero dog and her master vulcanizer Rudy Bunggal used to squat and vulcanize tires for a living, ordered the demolition of their makeshift home last night.

The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) is set to deploy around 50 volunteers during the Holy Week to assist the public in cases of emergencies at Abong-Abong in Pasonanca.

PRC Chapter Administrator Victor Liozo Jr., said the Red Cross volunteers will be deployed on April 4.
A total of 10 teams will be deployed and there will be five persons per team. The team will be composed of the Red Cross Emergency Response Team, Emergency Medical Team, the participants of the Summer Safety Institute. Dr. Kelly Geronimo will head the volunteers.

SKY LANTERNS will fill the skies of Zamboanga City as its release will be the highlight in the participation of the local government in this year's observance of Earth Hour, a 60-minute power shutdown on Sunday.

Mayor Celso Lobregat said a total of 300 sky lanterns will be released into the air just as the power will be shut down at exactly 8:30 p.m.

The release of the sky lanterns, which will be held at the Paseo del Mar, and power shutdown will be preceded by a program.

The Paseo del Mar, which is a favorite hangout park of both the young and old, is located at the back of the historic Fort Pilar shrine.

The participants of Earth Hour will be entertained during the program by the newly inaugurated dancing fountain.

And I am hopeful, that this year, the City won't impose a mandatory switching off of light via shutting down the entire power transmission through ZAMCELCO. It should be noted that this event is also aimed to stir civic consciousness among people to collectively work in saving the environment. They should realize that individually so that the movement will come from themselves.

Aside from that, flying sky lantern during the earth hour is a very pathetic and stupid idea. You celebrate Earth Hour to lessen the emission of CO2 in the atmosphere. And if you fly hundreds of lanterns in the sky, will it not emit CO2?

Officials from the DENR Protected Areas and Wildlife Section (PAWS) yesterday morning released a silky purple-blue fresh water bird to its habitat at the Bog Lake of barangay San Roque, this city.

PAWS chief Luis Lozano identified the bird as a Purple Swamp Hen which is endemic to mangrove, marshes, lakes and other fresh wetlands.
He said the migratory bird can also be found in other European countries, Africa and Asia.
According to Lozano, though the bird is not an endangered specie but it is a protected specie.

The Philippine Coast Guard Regional Office (PCG IX) – in Zamboanga City activated Thursday its "Oplan Cuaresma" (Operational Plan for Lenten) concentrated at the local port.

The port of Zamboanga serves the sea traffic to and from the island provinces of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi Tawi and all other ports in Southern Mindanao like the cities of Pagadian, Davao, General Santos and Cotabato.

PCG Zamboanga Station Commander Ltcmdr Elizer Dalnay said his personnel will be deployed to help the Philippine Ports Authority secure the area from lawbreakers and petty thieves.

Exploring Zamboanga City

Zamboanga City is known as the “Latin City of Asia” for its strong Hispanic/Latin influence. Even from the moment we’ve arrived at the city, I was already fascinated by the numerous Spanish looking architecture that lined the streets – from private homes, commercial buildings, and even their government offices.
More fascinating is hearing locals speak in Chavacano or hearing Spanish-sounding conversations … I loved it because it made me feel interested to learn more about the local culture … that’s something that doesn’t happen too often when one travel in the Philippines. Zamboanga exudes a sort of cosmopolitan aura … not in a global sense (obviously) but there are a lot of strong multicultural influences that set it apart from being just like any other city in the Philippines.

I loved walking around the city to see exquisite Spanish-colonial structures still in good condition. I was actually impressed at how the city government had maintained their beautiful heritage and preserve their environment, I hope more cities will make an example out of Zamboanga City.

Nightfall at Paseo del Mar and the Musical Fountain

Facing the scenic Basilan strait, Paseo del Mar is a seafront park located near Fort Pilar.

It is said that one of the most marvelous sunsets in the city could be witnessed here.

Get Wet in Pink: Sta Cruz Island (aka The Pink Island), Zamboanga City

On our second day, we went on a morning trip to the famous pink sand beach of the Santa Cruz islands. To think that this parcel of Paradise is just 10 minutes away from the city proper … who wouldn’t dare visit it?

Zamboanga: Santa Cruz Island and its Pink Sand

A pink sand beach is very rare and there are only a few of them around the globe. They can be found in Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda, 3 islands from the Bahamas, Culebra in Puerto Rico, Maui in Hawaii, Santorini in Greece, Barbuda in the Carribean, Crane Beach in Barbados, and here in The Great Santa Cruz Islands in the Philippines.

So how did this beach got its pink sand qualities? It’s mainly because of these endangered Red Organ-Pipe Corals. From eons of natural surf erosion, these red organ-pipe corals were pulverized and mixed with the white sands resulting to its colorization. These corals are considered rare due to its unique qualities of a soft coral having a hard skeleton.

What I particularly love about the island, aside from its pristine blue waters is the serenity of the place. It’s not as crowded as the ones you’ll find in Boracay or Palawan. And I think if you are like me, who prefers areas where you could find peace of mind and truly say that you’re in a vacation (coz people go for vacations to rest right?), you’ll love it here.

The locals are also very friendly. You could find a bunch of them here selling souvenir items (mostly sea shells, rock stones and authentic pearls carved and made into necklaces, bracelets, keychains for very affordable prices). There are also swimming goggles and snorkeling sets for rent for those who’d like to view the underwater.

Some locals would also offer to cook food for you, just in time coz we actually didn’t bring any ‘baon’ (the Filipino way of calling packed meals). The one we’ve talked to offered to cook us a kilogram of rice for a hundred pesos and crabs (as seen in the image below) 6 big pieces (almost 2kg) I think for just 100php. Imagine that?! Yummy!!

Pasonanca Park, Zamboanga City: The Little Baguio of the South

Pasonanca Park

Pasonanca Park is about 7 kms away from the city and is recognized as the “Little Baguio of the South” as it is one of the highest elevated barangays from the sea level.
How to get there: From city proper to Pasonanca

Take a Pasonanca bound jeepney from the city proper and get off at the Boy Scouts grounds. Fare is about 10 pesos and travel time is around 20 minutes.
Boy Scout Grounds

One of the most popular tourist attractions in Zamboanga City, well-known for holding conferences, regional seminars, conventions, outdoor camping or jamborees of Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts and has won awards as the number one garden in the Philippines.

A total contrast from the busy city center, lazy afternoons can best be enjoyed here with the cool breeze of the air, the towering trees and clean surroundings at the Boy Scout grounds. It is a park built to commemorate the 24 Filipino boy scouts who died in a plane crash in India while they were on their way to attend a Jamboree in Greece in 1963.

The Freedom Park is the memorial and the final resting place of slain Mayor of Zamboanga City, Cesar C. Climaco. Two canyons, a giant soldier’s hat and the burial site of Mayor Climaco on the left will greet you upon entering the park.

It is a garden park named after the late mayor of Zamboanga City, Maria Clara Lobregat. The park boasts to have several species of flowers and butterflies and an aviary for some avian species such as turkeys, parrots, and eagles.

Fort Pilar

Founded in 1635 as a garrison during the Spanish period, Fort Pilar serves as a present day open-air shrine. Originally named as La Fuerza Real de San Jose, the fort is named after and dedicated to Our Lady of the Pilar, the patroness of the Archdiocese of Zamboanga.

National Museum of Zamboanga City

National Museum of Zamboanga City – The establishment of a museum branch in Zamboanga City was made possible by Presidential Decree 260. declaring Fort Pilar as a National Cultural Treasure on August 1, 1973. Situated within the historic Fort Pilar, the museum is named in honor of Nuestra Señora del Pilar, patroness of Zamboanga.

Below are some of the artifacts that could be found inside. Actually a sign infront of the museum says that “Picture taking is not allowed” but after seeking permission from the guard, Kuya guard allowed me. Yay! Thanks!

University president shot dead in Zamboanga City


ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – A university president in Zamboanga City was killed by two unknown assailants at about 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

Sustaining fatal injuries to his chest, Arturo Eustaquio III, the president of Universidad de Zamboanga (former Zamboanga Arturo Eustaquio College), was declared dead by doctors in a private hospital he owns.

Police reports indicate that the victim just came out of his residence in Maestra Vicenta in Sta. Maria on board his motorcycle when two gunmen shot him repeatedly using a caliber 45 pistol.

The Philippine National Police - Scene of the Crime Operatives have found 6 empty shells at the crime scene.

Police have not released any statement on the possible motive of the suspects.

Zamboanga City Mayor Celso Lobregat will have a case conference at the Zamboanga City Police Office.

The family of the victim has asked that they be left alone in the meantime.

The blue area that's under demolition is a lumber yard in Barangay Putik. Are they going to open a new road here to connect MCLL Highway and Putik-Lunzuran Road to ease the flow of traffic to the Ateneo High School or is something up for construction? I hope it's going to be a road.

Timers were placed on the city's traffic lights so as not to overwork the traffic lights and at the same time saver electricity, the city's general service officer said.

"Ya hase coneste para descansa el traffic lights ya pone timer,” revealed Engineer Rene Dela Cruz, General Service Office (GSO) officer.

The timers were placed in the traffic lights located at six intersections along Baliwasan Chico, Governor Camins, Sta Cruz, Veterans Avenue, Governor Lim, and Mayor Jaldon.

Hindi pa ba enough ang ilang oras na blackout araw-araw sa Zamboanga to substantially contribute to lessening of carbon emission?

And I am hopeful, that this year, the City won't impose a mandatory switching off of light via shutting down the entire power transmission through ZAMCELCO. It should be noted that this event is also aimed to stir civic consciousness among people to collectively work in saving the environment. They should realize that individually so that the movement will come from themselves.

Aside from that, flying sky lantern during the earth hour is a very pathetic and stupid idea. You celebrate Earth Hour to lessen the emission of CO2 in the atmosphere. And if you fly hundreds of lanterns in the sky, will it not emit CO2?

This is lame. Why would the LGU wants to lessen the consumption of electricity in traffic lights? Why not add more traffic lights in this city to lessen heavy traffic in some areas here in the city and possible accidents in the intersections.

The Bureau of Customs (BoC IX) in Zamboanga City yesterday revealed that their office has a big x-ray machine capable of checking and determining the contents of containerized vans coming from foreign countries or domestic cargoes going out of the city.

Abubakar M. Hamad said that the big x-ray machine is capable of examining 20 or 40 footer containerized vans.

“As of now most products going out or exported to other countries from the district are agricultural and seafoods, canned goods and plywoods,” Hamad said.

THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD IX) Regional Office in Zamboanga City is set to initially implement a new poverty reduction strategy in 52 areas and two cities in Zamboanga Peninsula.

The Zamboanga Peninsula has a total of 67 municipalities and five cities.

DSWD regional director Teodulo Romo said the new poverty reduction strategy will involve the active participation of the different sectors in the planning process of the local government units.

In the new strategy, Romo said the local government officials will work hand in hand with the sector representatives -- the poor.

Transport Secretary Mar Roxas has promised to look for funds to improve facilities at the Zamboanga International Airport.

Roxas was in Zamboanga last Thursday to attend the induction of the President of the Zamboanga Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce Inc. Eduardo Chua.

While in Zamboanga, Chua and other local officials briefed him on the needs of the airport.

Deputy Speaker for Mindanao and Zamboanga City District 1 Rep. Maria Isabelle Climaco and Mayor Celso Lobregat also brought the matter to the attention of Roxas.

Airport Manager Celso Bayabos said Roxas assured him of funds to improve facilities at the airport.

Initially, Roxas promised he will look for P5 Million for the installation of transformers for the air-conditioning units at the Zamboanga International Airport.

The transformers and air conditioning units of the airport has been damaged by persistent blackouts in the city and has been in a state of disrepair for the last several months.

naku bad news naman niyan grabe naman itong Zamcelco alang patawad talaga...now 5 hours in the middle of April 8 hours na yan gagawin nila hanggang magiging forever blackout na yung cuidad as in OFF na yung lights ala na, blackout na gagawin ng ZAMCELCO:bash:...bakit hindi pa bigyan ng LGU ng funds or pahiramin ang Zamcelco ng funds para maka start na sila mag franchise sa TMI mukhang magsusuffer talaga ang Zamboanga City nito.ay naku alang ginagawa ang National Government ala din ginagawa ang LGU sa problem na to mas lalo na yung Zamcelco pinabayaan nalng nila....:bash:

THE Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) got a boost in manpower in its anti-criminality as well as peace and order campaign, a top police official said Monday.

Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula (PRO-9) Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) Mario Yanga, who was temporarily designated as ZCPO officer-in-charge, said the PRO-9 has “downloaded” 80 policemen to the ZCPO.

“Downloaded” refers to the transfer of permanent assignment of policemen from the regional headquarters to a city or provincial level.

At the same time, Yanga said another 100 policemen from the 9th Regional Public Safety Battalion were assigned to the ZCPO as augmentation force.

“All in all, the ZCPO will have a total of 180 additional policemen,” Yanga said.

Yanga said the additional as well as the augmentation personnel will be assigned where their services are needed.

Meanwhile, Yanga said he will conduct an inventory of personnel at the ZCPO, which has jurisdiction over 11 police stations.

He said ZCPO personnel detailed as security escorts of “very important persons” without authority from the PRO-9 headquarters will be recalled. (Bong Garcia)

The blue area that's under demolition is a lumber yard in Barangay Putik. Are they going to open a new road here to connect MCLL Highway and Putik-Lunzuran Road to ease the flow of traffic to the Ateneo High School or is something up for construction? I hope it's going to be a road.

THE Zamboanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation Inc. (ZCCIFI) on Monday welcomed the designation of Chief Superintendent Mario Yanga as the officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO).

ZCCIFI said such action will restore the resident’s faith and trust on law enforcers in the face of shooting incidents in the city.

General Mario Yanga, who is the Police Deputy Regional Director for Administration, was designated effective Sunday as the OIC of ZCPO Superintendent Edwin de Ocampo, on a concurrent capacity.

At the same time, ZCCIFI president Pedro Rufo Soliven has called on the residents to stay calm but vigilant and alert and to help give solutions instead of criticizing the authorities including city officials.

Councilor Benjamin “Nonong” Guingona III, chairman of the City Council’s Committee of Ways and Means, said yesterday that he will sponsor a resolution for the granting of assistance of funds to water consumers in the east coast and west coast who can not afford to pay service fees and buy water gadgets for connection to the communal connection that will be constructed by the Zamboanga City Water District.

Guingona explained that the funding will be taken from the Countrywide Development Funds (CDF) of councilors of both District 1 and 2.

He said he has received information from less fortunate people from the two districts that they need the help of the city councilors for the water assistance project.

Facing the scenic Basilan strait, Paseo del Mar is a seafront park located near Fort Pilar.

It is said that one of the most marvelous sunsets in the city could be witnessed here.

THE first batch of Summer Program for the Employment of Students (SPES), a joint program of the City Government and the Department of Labor and Employment (Dole), will start their 20-day job opportunity on April 10.

City Social Welfare and Development Officer Francisco Barredo said 1,570 college students will be formally sworn into their respective designations next Tuesday at the Mayor Vitaliano Agan Coliseum during an orientation that will be spearheaded by Mayor Celso Lobregat.

Barredo said the SPES beneficiaries will be assigned to different offices of the City Government and the barangays.

At least a hundred of the beneficiaries will be assigned to plant mangrove at designated areas with the Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources as the facilitating unit, Barredo said.

He said each of the students will receive P200 per day or a total of P4,000 for the 20-day summer job.

The SPES, which is implemented nationwide, mandates the 60-40 sharing for the students’ salaries by the local government unit and the Dole.

The City Government has allocated over P9 million for this year’s SPES while the Dole regional office has appropriated P5 million for the program in the city.

The program, which provides seasonal and temporary job placement for both high school and college students, is a well-praised project, giving indigent but deserving students the chance to finance their studies thru work.

Barredo said the second batch of summer job qualifiers composed of about 1,600 high school students will start their 20-day employment on May 4 until May 28.

Since majority of the student-employees will be assigned to the different barangays, Barredo is appealing to the barangay officials to monitor the work ethics of the students as the program is not only intended for financial gains but also for students to appreciate the value of work. While heading the Task Group Archie (TGA), tasked to investigate and solve the gunslaying of Universidad de Zamboanga president Arturo F. Eustaquio III, Chief Supt. Mario Yanga has been officially designated effective yesterday as Officer-in-Charge of the Zamboanga City Police Office replacing Sr. Supt. Edwin de Ocampo, whose term has already been expired and presently assigned in the Police Regional Office (PRO-9).

The re-entry of Yanga in the ZCPO has nothing to do with the killing of Eustaquio last Sunday but rather a scheduled change of command considering that five names of police officers with the rank of Sr. Supt. (Colonel) have already been submitted by PRO-9 to the Office of the Mayor last March 29, 2012.

To allow the immediate utilization of 18 MWs of TMI's (Therma Marine, Inc.) remaining uncontracted generation capacity and add to the available generation supply in Mindanao, the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) provisionally approved on April 2, 2012 ZAMCELCO's (Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative, Inc.) Energy Supply Agreement (ESA) executed with TMI, the owner of the two 100 MW power barges in Mindanao.

The execution of the ESAs between utilities like ZAMCELCO and TMI and the ERC's approval of these ESAs are needed to make available for dispatch the generation capacity of the two (2) power barges to augment energy supply and help meet the electricity demand in Mindanao. The ERC's action on ZAMCELCO's application brings to 16 the number of ESAs between the Mindanao utilities and TMI provisionally approved by the ERC. These contracts cover 152 MWs (inclusive of additional capacity contracted by some of the utilities) of the combined capacity of the power barges. Only 3 ESAs remain for ERC's action, those of MOELCI I or Misamis Occidental I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (2 MWs), BUSECO or Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (5 MWs), and COTELCO or Cotabato Electric Cooperative, Inc. (8 MWs). MOELCI I's application for approval of its ESA with TMI was filed only on March 23, 2012 and the earliest that the ERC can act on the application is on April 10, 2012 after the expiration of the mandatory 30-day period granted by the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9136 for interested parties to submit their comments or opposition to the application. BUSECO's and COTELCO's applications were filed only on April 2, 2012, and thus the ERC can act on these applications at the earliest in May 2012.

As provisionally approved, the applicable rates for the TMI's supply to ZAMCELCO are broken down into a Capacity Fee of PhP400/kW/month; Fixed Operating & Maintenance Fee of PhP207/kW/month; and Energy Fee of PhPO.4864/kWh, plus a Fuel and Lube Oil Rate, which is pass-through, but subject to a fuel consumption rate of 0.2210 liter/kWh for Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and 0.00313 liter/kWh for Lube Oil or actual, whichever is lower.

"The ERC's timely action on the applications of the Mindanao utilities to augment their power requirements with power coming from the TMI power barges facilitated the utilization of the generation capacity of these barges for the Mindanao consumers. Were it not for the mandatory 30-day period as imposed by the IRR and confirmed by no less than the Supreme Court in the issuance of provisional reliefs, the ERC would have acted already on all the applications," ERC Executive Director Francis Saturnino C. ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – One of the alleged killers of the president of Universidad de Zamboanga died while another was captured in a shootout in Barangay Guiwan here early Wednesday.

The slain Reymundo Limen and Hermes Serimogan, described by Task Group Archie commander Chief Superintendent Mario Yanga as guns for hire also involved in drug dealing and robberies, were allegedly among the three gunmen who killed university president Hadji Arturo Ammar Eustaquio III Sunday.

Police were approaching the suspects’ hideout when they were fired on, sparking the shootout.

Well, they have good leaders! It's confirmed that the younger brother of Celso is going to run this coming election. Its time for Zamboangueno to be smart. Those people don't even stay in Zamboanga. Nagpapakasaya sila sa Manila that's why they are not that excited or interested on those malls, they have it in Manila. Kaya mga kabataan, time to vote a younger leader who is going to be active at makapanahon just like us. Political dynasty is not good. Yan ang nangyari sa Atin. Time for a CHANGE!

Mayor Celso Lobregat has ordered the police to ensure the security and safety of the arrested suspect in the killing of a top official of Universidad de Zamboanga (UZ).

Lobregat has expressed apprehension that Hermes Serimogan of Barangay Guiwan may be killed by his financier or peers to silence him with regard to the killing of UZ president Hadji Arturo Ammar Eustaquio, III.

Police arrested Wednesday Serimogan and killed his companion, Reymundo Limen, in a shootout in Barangay Guiwan.

Serimogan and Limen were tagged as members of a gun-for-hire group responsible in the killing Eustaquio in Barangay Sta. Maria last Sunday.

Police records also showed that Limen has an existing warrant of arrest for the crime of theft.

Repaint, yes. Replacing the balusters and capiz windows will just ruin it. Plus, it's not bahay na bato so there's no way you can replace the roof with terracotta tiles.

This is lame. Why would the LGU wants to lessen the consumption of electricity in traffic lights? Why not add more traffic lights in this city to lessen heavy traffic in some areas here in the city and possible accidents in the intersections.

I agree. And what happened to the other Traffic Lights in Intersections like Climaco Ave., R.T Lim Blvd. Pasonanca-Gov. Ramos, MCLL-Guiwan-Tetuan, and Suterville? Other intersections also needs traffic lights like in Nunez Ext-Gov. Alvarez Ave. :ohno: Why is the Government not investing in these traffic lights? Zamboanga is not a small town, it's a busting huge city and it needs more TL's to ease traffic around the city. Wake up people! :gaah:
