Motorways and Roads: Realization of the Mediterranean by-pass between Tangier and Saïdia. Construction of 150 km motorways a year and construction of the roads in the rural area, with a rate of 2.000 km annually against 1.500 km these last years.
Airports: Widening of the airports and air terminals of Casablanca Mohammed V, Marrakech-Menara, Dakhla, Essaouira- Mogador, Tangier, Al-Hoceima, as well as the reorganization of the air terminal of Rabat-Sale.
Trains and Railroads: Finishing of the doubling of the Fès-Meknès line, construction of the service road of the harbour complex Tangier-Med to the railway network; realization of the Taourirt-Nador line and the construction and installation of several stations for the travellers and the launching of the process of realization of the High speed train (TGVM) between Tangier and Casablanca.
Ports: Reinforcement of the infrastructures of the Port of Mohammedia and continuation of the building work of the harbour complex Tangier-Med, the Port of Mediq, the Port of Boujdour; finishing of the building work of the port of Larache as well as the refitting of the Port of Mehdia. Launching of the building work of a marina and fishing port in Nador (Marchica).
The Hydroliques Stoppings: Launching of the construction of four new stoppings: the Zrar stopping on Ksoub Wadi in the province of Essaouira, the Tamkit stopping in the province of Errachidia, the Tamlout stopping in the province of Khenifra and the stopping Moulay Bouchta in the province of Chefchaoun; in addition to the continuation of the building work of eight hydraulic complexes namely: the stopping Mazar, Koudiat El Garn, and Tamdroust in the Province of Settat, the Stopping El Himer, the stoppings Wadi R' mel and Martil in the Province of Tétouan and the Stopping Wirgane and Taskourt in the area of Marrakech.
Production of Energies: Continuation of the realization of wind farms and electrohydraulic thermo plants which the power station running at the same time on natural gas and with solar energy in Beni Mathar. The investments of the National office of Electricity (ONE) should exceed the amount of 11 billion dirhams in 2008.
Hospitals: Continuation of the construction of three university hospitals of Fès, Marrakech and Oujda, launching of work for the construction of 11 local hospitals, 21 local hospitals and startup of more than 200 health care centres and 8 local hospitals.
The Sport: Continuation of the construction of the stages of Tangier, Marrakech and Agadir and preparation of the studies necessary to the launching of the construction project of sports complex of Casablanca of overall costs bordering 4 billion dirhams.
