Here is the largest city in my region of 3,500,000+ sims.
Its the big middle city in the region view and has 1.2 million plus sims.

I used only the "weaknesspays" cheat when I started the city out, it was the city where I really learned how to play the game so using what I know now from this and other cities I created, I doubt I would have ever needed to use that "cheat" :colgate:

Anyway on to the photos, the first is of my region. I'm still not done at all with this region (look at all the open space) and this photo doesn't show my 2 other big cities in the region (700,000+)

Here is the downtown portion of my city, the Bank of America building is the only 'landmark' tower in the city (I like them to grow they're own skyline then have me artificially make one)

Thats a very dense downtown you have there. Your north side looks very good but the southern side looks run down in some areas. The freeway network looks like it has been placed well and the land looks very realistic. I'll rate you're city an 8 as from those photos.
