I started this thread after being inspired by a similar one for Surrey on SSP... and uh, Vancouver's more important. I've been working on a downtown model of Vancouver in sketchup to use as a reference for other projects, proposals, etc. So far I've gotten as far as Robson Street to the west, and Harbour Centre to the south.

Here's the file link:

I worked from north to south, and the cluster of short office stumps around the Harbour centre made me bored, so if someone wants to help me out with Yaletown, Gastown, or West End (or just finish the damn penninsula), that would be awesome for everyone. People can use sketchup to insert their own proposals or opinions of projects.

This can be a group effort, and if you are inclined to do a small section (ie fill in the space between downtown and Woodwards), just upload the revised version. If this is successful, maybe we can jump across to the Broadway Corridor/Fairview slopes!

Help me, help you, help all of us!
