Thon Hotel Moss

Thon Hotels (http://www.thonhotels.com/) have presented their planns for a large hotel in downtown Moss. The hotell will have 200 rooms and a
conferance hall with 500 seats. This will be the first highrise in Moss and will be 45m tall with 13 floors. Local politicians
in Moss have spoken positivly about this project, and Thon Hotels hopes to start construction sometime during autumn
in 2009. Oslo-based Arkitektene Fosse og Aasen AS (http://www.fosseaasen.no/) is the architect company behind this proposal.

I was pretty much sure that this proposal was dead, yet it appears to be right on track still. Developpers are hoping for approval withinn a year.
