I'm not a big fan of this. Looks more like lungs than wings.

cool towers but a little boring. think the need a bit more risk in them to make more exciting. one example would be adding a curving bridge between the 2 a bi like the one in the grand canyon.

I have finally received some information from the developer's representative, see below:

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. All of the behind-the-scenes preparation work is complete for Al Seef Residential. KEO have recently made their recommendations to Dar Al Dhabi in respect of the best construction tenders submitted, so everything is ready to progress. There has been zero on-site work on any of the plots in the Najmat part of Reem Island to date, and this is mainly due to delays from various government departments in terms of the permissions required to commence work in Najmat (such as final approval from the Department of Transports pending the formal result of their traffic studies as one example). As soon as these final red tape issues are resolved, work on-site is expected to begin immediately.

Dar Al Dhabi remains confident of handing over apartments in line with the terms of the Sales and Purchase agreement ie: Dec 2011 with an allowance built in of six months for unforeseen delays, so practical completion in mid-2012.

I would like to work in that office :horse:
Anyway those are some beautiful buildings, but it is annoying me that Dubai is developed faster than Abu-Dhabi,I think this is unfair :nono:
Those are both increadible cities... :)
